(mul)Mišiḫ dPA.BIL.SAG (𒀯𒈨𒋚𒀭𒉺𒉈𒊕) is the bright part of the asterism mulPA.BIL.SAG, perhaps where the asterism crosses the Milky Way. In any case, this is considered part of the PA.BIL.SAG.
