^(mul)Marratu (𒀯𒈥𒊏𒌈) is the most common name for rainbows in Akkadian. For the Rainbow-star see ^mulIM.ŠEŠ, ^mulTIR.AN.NA and manzat .^[1].

The equation "marratu" = TIR.AN.NA is given on page 146, in the entry for SIN (Gössmann 184) ^dḪarr.ri.ru also mentions the equation with TIR.AN.NA that is given in MUL.APIN TIR.AN.NA itself is given as (Gössmann 407) without identification.
