Erû

Not to be confused with ERU, Erua.

^mulErû or ^mulArû is the Akkadian name for the constellation of The Eagle, Sumerian: TE₈/TI₈. (sign A₂), 'eagle' in this context at times, perhaps for any large generic predator bird, for example, a vulture. This constellation is typically identified with the Greek and the modern constellation of Aquila, The Eagle.
