<sup>mul</sup>''Iliabrat'' (𒀯𒉌𒇷𒀊𒋥) together with [[PAP.SUKKAL]] are viziers of the goddess Inanna=Ishtar whose astronomical guise is, of course, Venus. Both viziers have affiliations, direct and indirect, with 'The True Shepherd of Heaven'.
