Ḫar-ri-ru

Ḫar-ri-ru

dḪar-ri-ru (𒀭𒄯𒊑𒊒) is a multi-star asterism in the Rainbow-constellation, which itself forms part of Andromeda.

“Field Mouse” (lit. “digger”); outside astronomical contexts not attested as a deity! dḪar-ri-ru (EN 31r).

= PEŠ2.A.ŠA3.GA (no logographic record in astronomical texts); = a kind of mouse (field mouse?) [Landsberger 1934[1], 16-17, 194; AHw[2] 327; CAD[3] Ḫ, 113-114]; a star or group of stars in the eastern section of Andromeda (Andromeda) [Gössmann[4] 153, 184, 248].
