RI.ŠI.BE
From All Skies Encyclopaedia
ulRI.ŠI.BE (𒌌𒊑𒅆𒁁). These three signs follow the UL-determinative for stars on one of two diagrams on the astrological tablet from TCL 6 13. The reading of the term is uncertain as each of the three signs have multiple possible readings. Rochberg-Halton's statement about the term, 'UL.RI.ŠI.BE is obscure' is certainly true.

The name of the luminary occurs only in the circular diagram in [TCL 6[1], 13 i; Rochberg-Halton 1987b[2], 224-226, now reprinted in Rochbert 2010: 129-131] in sectors I, II, IV. Perhaps it is one of the epithets of Venus; ulDil-bat stands in the corresponding position in sector II.
Rochberg 2010 = F. Rochberg, In the Path of the Moon: Celestial Divination and Its Legacy (Brill, Boston).
