mulNIN.KA.SI (𒀯𒊩𒌆𒅗𒋛). Ninkasi is the Mesopotamian goddess of beer and brewing. A famous hymn to Ninkasi includes a poetic rendering of a recipe for brewing beer (ETCSL 4.23.1). --- check the ACh Supp. reference below and re-write???
