Magor is an IAU name for an exoplanet. Its host star is Hunor in the constellation of Hercules. Suggested by the country of Hungary, it follows the name theme Legendary characters and places from medieval Hungarian chronicles, including Gesta Hunnorum et Hungarorum written by Simon of Kéza in the 1280s.

Magor was a legendary ancestor of the Magyar people and the Hungarian nation, and brother of Hunor.
