<sup>mul</sup>KA.AN.DU<sub>8</sub> (𒀯𒅗𒀭𒂃) only appears in the Emar parallel to the star-list of Urra XXII. The reading of the second sign in Akkadian could be for any of DI/TI/ṬI, and so the identification with Akkadian ''pāṭiru'' "Portable Altar" is not fully secure. There is also a homonyn with the meaning 'off duty soldier' (CAD P 303-305).
