Castula

Castula is a modern star name adopted by the International Astronomical Union in the IAU-Catalog of Star Names (IAU-CSN). Its origin is Latin. It is the name of HIP4422 (υ2 Cas, HR 265) in constellation Cas.
Etymology and History
Castula is Latin for a type of woman's tunic. Bayer (1603, Uranometria) attributes the name "castulum" to Nonius (Portugese scholar Pedro Nunez, 1502-1578), with the Greek alias ταινίαν for a ribbon.
