Caleuche

Caleuche is an IAU name for an exoplanet. Its host star is Pincoya in the constellation of Sagittarius. Suggested by the country of Chile, it follows the name theme Names from mythology of southern Chile associated with the seas.

Etymology and History

Caleuche is a large ghost ship from southern Chilean mythology which sails the seas around the island of Chiloé at night.
