Añañuca is a modern star name adopted by the International Astronomical Union in the IAU-Catalog of Star Names (IAU-CSN). Its origin is Spanish. It is the name of (, GJ 367) in constellation Vel.

Etymology and History

Añañuca (Phycella cyrtanthoides) is the name of a red wildflower that grows from the Coquimbo region to the Maule region, whose colour alludes to that of the star GJ 367.
