Haik is an IAU name for an exoplanet. Its host star is Amansinaya in the constellation of Crater. Suggested by the country of Philippines, it follows the name theme Names of deities associated with the sea from the Tagalog mythology of the Philippines.

Etymology and History

Haik is the successor of the primordial Aman Sinaya as the God of the Sea of the Philippine's Tagalog mythology.
