Naron is an IAU name for an exoplanet. Its host star is Bosona in the constellation of Aquarius. Suggested by the country of Bosnia and Herzegovina, it follows the name theme Ancient names associated with the Bosna and Neretva rivers and tributaries of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
Etymology and History
Naron is one of the names given to the Neretva river in Herzegovina (and partly in Croatia) in antiquity orginating with the Celts who called it Nera Etwa which means the Flowing Divinity.

The name was adopted by the IAU WGSN in the 20xx NameExoWorlds Campaign (NEWC).
